Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per year.

What you will do

• Review and categorize inbound leads in HubSpot, ensuring timely allocation to the appropriate legal teams.
• Build and maintain CRM dashboards to track response times, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Lawyer Success to align lead allocation with real-time lawyer capacity.
• Document and own the handover process between Marketing and Lawyer Success departments.
• Act as the first point of contact for client complaints, logging and escalating them to the Compliance team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work on-site in Poole one day per week.
• Proven experience in client operations, customer service, or lead management.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including building reports and dashboards.
• Ability to design, document, and maintain operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage priorities under time pressure.
