What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of customer and supplier commercial agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to provide practical legal advice.
• Support legal research, licensing, and gaming regulatory initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including the ownership and protection of company assets.
• Develop and maintain legal templates and self-service guidance to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent).
• Approximately 1-3 years PQE in a commercial, corporate, technology, or in-house environment.
• Strong grounding in commercial law and experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex legal concepts.
• A proactive approach with the ability to balance legal risk with pragmatic business solutions.
• Must be able to work from the London office.
