Associate Legal Counsel (iGaming)

What you will do

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier commercial agreements using contract playbooks and templates.
• Provide practical legal advice and partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Marketing and Strategy.
• Support gaming regulation, licensing and compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with intellectual property matters, including ownership, licensing and protection of company IP assets and content.
• Develop legal templates, playbooks and self-service guidance to simplify processes and reduce turnaround times.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or equivalent, with approximately 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a commercial, corporate, technology or in-house legal environment.
• Strong grounding in commercial law and experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts pragmatically.
• Commercial judgment, strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to ownership.
