What you will do

• Design and build structured, reusable legal workflows for real estate transactions, including title review and lease abstraction.
• Translate complex, document-heavy legal processes into scalable components, patterns, and logic.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and iterate on product solutions.
• Engage directly with clients and internal teams to ensure workflows reflect real-world transaction execution.
• Create global playbooks and templates for real estate use cases.
• Support pilots and onboarding to drive the adoption of automated workflows.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (1–3 PQE) with experience in real estate, property finance, or construction.
• Direct exposure to transaction execution, such as acquisitions, disposals, financing, or leasing.
• Strong understanding of document-heavy diligence, drafting workflows, and deal timelines.
• Ability to break down complex legal processes into structured, repeatable components.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in legal tech and process automation.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.
