Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, UK (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Supervise and mentor credit hire file handlers to ensure technical development and accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct pre-audit assessments for internal and external client reviews.
• Manage a personal caseload of approximately 10-15 claims valued over £25k.
• Perform pre-trial reviews at least 6 weeks prior to Trial/Disposal.
• Identify training needs and provide feedback to the tactical delivery director.
• Develop new starters to achieve financial authority within their first 6 months.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in credit hire claims (defendant experience preferred).
• Previous experience managing an individual caseload.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bolton.
