What you will do

• Provide expert advice on complex compliance topics to support the Home Lending business.
• Monitor adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, responding to any irregularities.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure organizational compliance awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust and effective internal controls.
• Lead administrative governance tasks, including policy writing and process creation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of compliance experience within an FCA-regulated business.
• Strong knowledge of MCOB regulations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a fintech, mortgage lender, or broker.
• Proactive stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
