Salary: €38,000 - €57,200 per year

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day account management operations and communicate directly with partners in growth markets.
• Oversee partner onboarding, event setup, and coordinate payouts and account configurations.
• Solve operational queries for live event organisers across assigned territories.
• Monitor event performance and account health to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as a liaison between account management, business development, and internal ops teams.
• Maintain CRM systems to ensure clean data and reliable commercial reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account support, customer success, or sales operations (ticketing, events, or marketplaces preferred).
• Based in the Netherlands with valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple international markets simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach to process structure and operational task ownership.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a Nordic language, Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
