Focus on closing deals, negotiating contract terms and discounts, and meeting quarterly annual sales growth contract value goals.

What you will do

  • Acquire new partners and expand the partner base by managing prospects/partners within an assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Run the end-to-end sales cycle (open to close) using hirify.global value/solution-based sales process.
  • Prospect new accounts via cold calling and email, and grow existing accounts through business reviews and email communication.
  • Qualify accounts to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities aligned with quarterly annual sales goals.
  • Negotiate contract opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation to meet pricing, margins, terms, and conditions standards.
  • Support cross-functional teams with detailed research, analysis, documentation, and coordination.

Requirements

  • Dutch (Nederlands) fluency and English fluency.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industry.
  • Comfort with prolonged phone use and ability to make 40–50 outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and leverage resources appropriately.
