What you will do

• Greet and assist all individuals entering the treatment center and maintain an organized waiting area.
• Verify patient identification, program participation, and insurance eligibility/authorization.
• Collect and account for patient fees, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Manage patient accounts, handle third-party reimbursements, and provide financial reports.
• Perform general clerical tasks, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage admissions/discharges.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and ensure the clinic meets accrediting body standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience as a general office clerk with basic math and cash handling skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in front desk, admissions, billing, and/or collections.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and typical office equipment.
