What you will do

• Serve as the primary quality point of contact for cross-functional teams including Program Management, Design, and Manufacturing.
• Establish and maintain quality systems aligned with international standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
• Lead the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and manage quality documentation including PFMEA, inspection reports, and rework instructions.
• Develop and implement Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality Control (IQC/IPQC/OQC) requirements and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering to document testing activities and develop end-of-line test processes.
• Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to determine unit disposition and drive corrective actions (NC/CAPA).

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or design quality for complex electro-mechanical lines.
• Thorough knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control fundamentals.
• Expertise in applied statistical analysis using Minitab or similar software.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings using GD&T methodologies.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Nice to have

• ASQ CQE/CQA or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Experience with sensor assembly inspection (LiDAR, camera, radar) using CMMs.
• Proven track record of setting up a QMS from scratch.
