What you will do

• Manage relationships with issuing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for meetings and requests.
• Support the onboarding of new issuers and the growth of existing partnerships.
• Translate partner feedback into platform enhancements by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders using data analysis.
• Aggregate and analyze large data sets to surface actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements and assist in executing the firm's structured investments strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in trading, business development, or relationship management within financial markets.
• Series 7 and 63 certifications required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
