TL;DR

Partner Development Representative (Fintech): Generating and qualifying new partnerships with financial institutions like PE and VC firms to drive sales opportunities with an accent on consultative outreach and ecosystem growth. Focus on researching fund structures, educating key decision-makers, and scaling the partner network.

Location: New York, NY; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA, or Remote (US). Relocation support available to NYC or SF.

Compensation Range: $110K - $120K

What you will do

  • Generate new partner opportunities with financial institutions (PE, VC, Accelerators) through direct outreach.
  • Engage and qualify prospects through consultative conversations via email, calls, events, and social channels.
  • Conduct deep research on Private Equity and Venture Capital firms to tailor outreach based on fund structure and investment thesis.
  • Educate decision-makers on the value of hirify.global’s partnership program for their portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partner Managers, Marketing, and Operations to strategically grow the ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Prior experience within partnerships or channel sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone and zoom presence.
  • High level of comfort with prospecting in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience partnering with or selling to PE or VC firms.
  • Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
