Core Product Designer (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week under hirify.global’s “default together” policy.

Salary: $157,000–$235,000 annually for Zone A, including California. Other U.S. pay zones range from $133,000 to $223,000 annually. The position is also eligible for RSU equity.

What you will do

• Conceive innovative hirify.globalchat features and pitch concepts directly to the CEO.
• Own end-to-end product design and execution, including visual design, interaction design, prototyping, and solution communication.
• Design simple, intuitive, and innovative mobile experiences and user flows.
• Identify user needs, provide strategic product input, and improve existing products and features.
• Define short- and long-term roadmaps for product areas.
• Communicate design decisions to leadership, product and design peers, and engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping mobile applications.
• 3+ years of experience using Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or comparable design tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong mobile design work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end product improvements.
• Exceptional visual design, interaction design, prototyping, product strategy, and creative problem-solving skills.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; proficiency with AI-enabled tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with camera, AR, or social product design.
• Deep understanding of hirify.globalchat products.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows for design and development.
