Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: San Francisco $140,250–$160,000; Toronto $117,901–$159,512. Equity offered.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of 0-to-1 leads and intake experiences from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Study law firm workflows and reduce friction for case managers, paralegals, and lawyers.
• Design user flows for lead qualification, intake, outbound marketing, AI-assisted lead engagement, and referrals.
• Design AI-powered experiences with human-in-the-loop workflows, transparency, and appropriate guardrails.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and ML researchers to turn ambiguous problems into scalable product experiences.
• Conduct qualitative research, usability testing, and high-quality interface design using the design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software product design, including shipped B2B SaaS products.
• Experience taking complex products or workflows from concept through launch in ambiguous or 0-to-1 environments.
• Required experience designing AI-powered products, including an understanding of AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Strong product thinking, systems thinking, qualitative research, and usability testing skills.
• High proficiency in Figma and strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with product, engineering, data science, and ML teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing conversational interfaces, AI agents, or other human-in-the-loop AI experiences.
• Experience working on products with complex data and workflows.
