Recruiting Coordinator

TL;DR

Recruiting Coordinator (HR/Talent Acquisition): Providing high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team with an accent on iCIMS administration and candidate experience. Focus on coordinating complex panel interviews across multiple time zones and ensuring data integrity within the ATS.

Location: Hybrid in Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite 6 days a month: Tues-Thurs every other week)

What you will do

• Manage iCIMS administration, including creating and updating candidate, requisition, and interview records.
• Perform routine audits of ATS data to resolve duplicates, missing information, and aging tasks.
• Coordinate complex virtual and onsite interviews, managing multi-stage schedules and executive calendars across time zones.
• Generate standard recruiting reports and trackers to identify gaps or inconsistencies for recruiters.
• Maintain recruitment templates, shared files, and process documentation.
• Facilitate polished candidate communication and welcoming experiences throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume administrative support.
• Must have hands-on experience with iCIMS.
• Experience coordinating panel or executive interviews across different time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage frequent schedule changes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
