What you will do

• Execute company priorities end-to-end, from initial problem framing and analysis to implementation.
• Structure complex problems using analytical frameworks to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready strategic memos and narratives to distill organizational complexity.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage the company's strategic agenda, tracking initiatives and resolving critical blockers.
• Partner with GTM teams to provide surge support and develop customer-facing strategic materials.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, including 2-3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, BCG).
• Experience in an operating role with a proven ability to solve problems in fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to build market analyses and strategic frameworks from scratch.
• Execution-oriented mindset with high ownership and low ego.
