Senior Project Manager (GTM): Managing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives within the Revenue Operations organization with an accent on the Lead-to-Cash portfolio. Focus on driving execution across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, solving resource conflicts, and delivering high-impact operational scalability.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Draper, UT or Mountain View, CA (onsite 3 days per week)

Salary: $134,000 - $150,000 per year + 15% bonus

What you will do

• Deliver cross-functional GTM projects on time and within scope, owning the plan and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence, ensuring accountability among contributors who do not report to you directly.
• Manage the operating cadence, driving meetings toward decisions and following through on actions.
• Identify risks and dependencies early to prevent blockers and manage trade-offs between timeline, scope, and resources.
• Provide concise status reporting to the COO and other executive leadership.
• Oversee the Lead-to-Cash portfolio, including billing, quoting, and order management processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, specifically with cross-functional projects and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and build trust across the organization.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Draper, UT or Mountain View, CA offices.
• Exceptional written communication skills for high-level executive reporting.
• Ability to impose structure and drive progress in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Revenue Operations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or AI-driven capabilities.
• PMP or equivalent formal project management certification.
