What you will do

• Own the enterprise identity strategy for the platform, supporting both human operators and autonomous agents.
• Design identity models that enforce strict boundaries for agent autonomy, including capability binding and escalation thresholds.
• Define architectural standards, governance rules, and SLA enforcement for identity-impacting changes.
• Translate complex customer requirements and competitive intelligence into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Coordinate identity roadmap dependencies across platform, infrastructure, security, and AI/agent teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure identity solutions meet enterprise compliance and audit needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, networking, security, or platform infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in IAM protocols including OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Proven experience with platform product management and cross-team governance.
• Understanding of autonomous agent systems, capability binding, and human-in-the-loop escalation models.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
