TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Agentic Security) (AI, Identity Security): Defining and delivering agentic security capabilities for Auth0, including runtime detection, behavioral analysis, AI agent classification, and protection against emerging threats with an accent on MCP servers, agentic workflows, and fraud mitigation. Focus on identifying prompt injection, intent anomalies, and rogue agents, while leading roadmap strategy, customer research, Agile delivery, and enterprise go-to-market execution.
Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; or Washington, DC. The position includes an in-person onboarding experience.
Annual OTE: $169,000–$253,000 USD for candidates located in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agentic Security within the Auth0 Identity Security product line.
- Build runtime security, AI agent classification, real-time detection, behavioral analysis, and protection capabilities.
- Lead customer research, product discovery, experience design, and continuous adoption analysis.
- Collaborate daily with engineering teams on user stories, sprint planning, Agile delivery, and backlog prioritization.
- Partner with Product Marketing, sales, solutions engineering, and technical account teams on positioning, adoption, retention, and go-to-market activities.
- Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, customer insight synthesis, competitive analysis, and product documentation.
Requirements
- Significant product experience with AI agent creation, orchestration, and MCP servers.
- Direct experience identifying and remediating agentic threats, including prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
- Background in security, fraud, or compliance, with knowledge of IAM and CIAM concepts such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- Experience delivering global enterprise software across the product lifecycle and working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Undergraduate and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
