Salary: $169,000 – $253,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Define and champion the product strategy and roadmap for agentic security within the Auth0 identity security line.
• Drive customer research to identify opportunities and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality UI and API features in an Agile environment.
• Develop real-time detection and protection capabilities for AI agent attack vectors.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive product-led growth, trial conversions, and market positioning.
• Analyze product performance data to iterate on features and ensure strategic targets are met.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management in high-growth or startup environments.
• Significant experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration, and MCP servers.
• Strong command of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and experience in remediating threats like prompt injection and rogue agents.
• Foundational knowledge of IAM concepts (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
