What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision for access control, authorization, and governance across the platform.
• Own the outcomes-based roadmap for roles, permissions, policies, and delegated administration.
• Re-imagine governance experiences using AI-powered capabilities to improve automation and administrative efficiency.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and extensible platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent access control frameworks across the entire product suite.
• Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to validate opportunities and prioritize high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with access control concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, identity management, and governance.
• Strong technical aptitude for working with architects on platform-scale systems and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and UX.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
