What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of the PAM product roadmap from concept to market launch.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and design teams to build platform-first security experiences.
• Analyze product usage and conversion metrics to tie feature implementation to business growth.
• Manage complex dependencies across Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders.
• Engage with enterprise customers to capture requirements and validate product solutions.
• Mentor early-in-career product managers and foster a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong technical background to influence design and evaluate infrastructure trade-offs.
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics and experimentation to drive product growth.
• Exceptional communication skills for building consensus across conflicting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
