Salary: $147,000 – $226,600 USD

What you will do

• Build and execute the GTM strategy for hirify.global’s foundational access and authentication platform.
• Develop "show-not-tell" technical content, including product demonstrations and reference architectures.
• Own the messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for core access technologies.
• Define the security strategy for managing AI agents as identities in a high-velocity threat landscape.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to create technical buyer-focused assets for the Global 2000.
• Represent hirify.global at security events and engage with industry analysts to raise the company's profile.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within cybersecurity or identity management (IAM, AD, or Entra ID).
• Strong technical proficiency in configuring and demoing products to technical buyers.
• Proven ability to translate "under-the-hood" technology into urgent, business-focused storytelling.
• Understanding of how identity signals (MFA, policy) integrate into threat detection and incident response.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders to drive end-to-end GTM initiatives.

Nice to have

• CS Degree or a strong technical background in systems architecture or engineering.
• Deep experience with modern identity protocols and securing hybrid (Cloud and On-Premises) environments.
• Experience in the AI space, specifically regarding security implications of LLMs and agentic workflows.
