Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle

What you will do

  • Define and execute multi-year product strategies for OIG and OPA to position Okta as the leader in unified IGA and PAM.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and user-centric design.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive enterprise-grade products with a focus on speed-to-market.
  • Engage with Fortune 500 CISOs and industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) to identify market trends and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define GTM strategies, pricing, and packaging.
  • Ensure seamless integration of governance and privileged access solutions within the broader Okta Identity Cloud ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Deep, practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), specifically in building or scaling IGA and PAM solutions.
  • 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) managing multi-product portfolios.
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise software products from early traction to $100M+ in ARR.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud architecture, APIs, zero-trust security frameworks, and AI/ML-driven automation.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
