Commodity Manager -- Sub-fab (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Albuquerque, New Mexico

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Sub-Fab equipment, spare parts, and services.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, development, and performance management.
• Support factory construction, startup, and ramp activities by ensuring supplier readiness and supply continuity.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, pricing, and terms while mitigating supply and business risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal, facilities, and global sourcing stakeholders.
• Drive cost modeling, value engineering, supplier cost reductions, compliance, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, commodity management, strategic sourcing, supplier development, or contract management.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• On-site work is required in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams.
• Experience with Sub-Fab systems such as chillers, pumps, abatements, vacuum equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure.
• Experience using data analysis or business hirify.globalligence tools.
