What you will do

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight including LTL, FTL, parcel, and specialized loads.
• Oversee shipment preparation, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Track shipments, resolve carrier delays, and maintain accurate shipping logs in the ERP.
• Perform inventory transactions, material movements, and support cycle counts.
• Maintain an organized warehouse layout compliant with company standards.
• Coordinate with Materials Manager and production teams to align on priorities and staging.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehousing.
• Experience with ERP inventory and shipping modules.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (required for ITAR/EAR access).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate large indoor/outdoor facilities for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Background in maritime, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Export compliance knowledge (EAR/ITAR).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
