Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for new and existing customers as the company scales.
• Establish implementation strategies tailored to the unique needs of payers and risk-bearing providers.
• Partner with solutions and product strategy teams to translate launch visions into tactical implementation plans.
• Manage cross-functional implementation teams, including integration and product support.
• Act as the primary liaison between client implementation teams and internal Cohere stakeholders.
• Develop a repeatable implementation playbook and refine best practices for future clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting or implementation roles, preferably with health plan customers.
• MBA or Master’s degree in healthcare/management or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading tech-heavy software implementations.
• Proven track record of managing implementation teams and resources.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel for storytelling and planning.

Nice to have

• Healthcare consulting experience specifically with payers and providers.
• Familiarity with prior authorization and utilization management technology.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and digital health trends.
• Exposure to product development.
