Location: Hybrid in London, England (Must be in the office at least three days per week)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation of hirify.global and Fin.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned with each customer’s unique goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication, alignment, and expectations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to design tailored deployment strategies.
• Perform hands-on configuration of hirify.global features, including automation, workflows, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to surface feedback and help shape future AI innovations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services, ideally within SaaS or AI.
• Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong technical aptitude, comfortable configuring software platforms and discussing APIs and data flows.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for influencing executives and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be based in London and available to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or configuring platforms like hirify.global, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX tools.
