What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for large-scale customers, ensuring timely implementation of hirify.global and Fin.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned with customer goals and support models.
• Perform hands-on configuration of automation, workflows, and reporting features.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to design tailored deployment strategies.
• Coordinate technical readiness, including API integrations and data migrations.
• Track key metrics like time-to-value and automation rates to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation or professional services within SaaS or AI technology.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in APIs, data flows, and software configuration.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence both executives and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or configuring platforms like hirify.global, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
