Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid format with 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely

What you will do

• Conduct product discovery with Product Managers and define business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Describe user flows, business rules, product logic, and requirements for data presentation.
• Analyze financial data, including its structure, limitations, processing needs, and use within products.
• Collaborate with Designers, Engineers, Platform, Data, and other product teams to align requirements and user experience.
• Support initiatives from idea through release, analyze user feedback, and drive product improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; System Analyst experience is also considered when it includes discovery, business requirements gathering, and product definition.
• Hands-on experience conducting discovery and gathering requirements.
• Ability to structure complex business logic and translate it into clear, actionable requirements.
• Ability to analyze data, understand its business meaning and sources, and ensure accurate interpretation of financial information.
• Technical literacy for effective collaboration with engineering teams and preparation of implementation-ready requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Product Designers, with an understanding of UX principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, brokerage, investment, or trading products.
• Personal investing experience or regular use of investment products.
• Understanding of financial markets, stocks, bonds, ETFs, currencies, cryptocurrencies, market data, fundamental metrics, macroeconomic indicators, and technical analysis.
• Experience building products where data accuracy and financial logic are critical.
• Familiarity with the product.
