Location: Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus) — 4 days in the office, 1 day remotely

What you will do

• Lead product discovery and define comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Design user flows, business rules, and product logic for data presentation.
• Analyze financial data structures and define requirements for its processing within the product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to align technical solutions with user experience.
• Coordinate between Platform and Data teams to ensure a shared understanding of the solution across the lifecycle.
• Refine product functionality based on user feedback and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or System Analyst with discovery experience).
• Proven track record in conducting Discovery and gathering actionable requirements.
• Ability to structure complex business logic and analyze data sources.
• Technical literacy sufficient for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments (stocks, bonds, ETFs, currencies, crypto), and macroeconomic indicators.
• Knowledge of UX principles and experience collaborating with Product Designers.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, brokerage, or trading product development.
• Personal investing experience or regular use of investment products.
• Experience building products where financial logic and data accuracy are critical.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a product.
