Project Manager/Business Analyst (Odoo ERP)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Ukraine, Poland, or Cyprus; short-term business trips to the US are required for client meetings and on-site go-live phases.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP project delivery from implementation through go-live and support.
• Act as the primary client contact, aligning requirements, managing scope, and setting expectations.
• Control budgets, estimates, scope changes, team hours, and monthly billing reports.
• Maintain backlogs, timelines, and deliverables in JIRA and ClickUp.
• Coordinate Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects.
• Plan go-live strategies and incorporate AI automation tools and custom Odoo extensions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills, including workflow mapping and solution design.
• Experience with budgeting, estimations, JIRA, and ClickUp.
• Strong client management, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Active use of AI tools in project management workflows.
• Advanced English and eligibility for short-term business trips to the US are required.
