Business Analyst in Payments (Fintech)

Location: Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation to Cyprus is supported for employees and their families, including flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, change management, and version control.
• Define clear, testable, consistent, and traceable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design payment product solutions using product expertise, UX insights, and analysis of user behaviour.
• Analyze multiple data sources and build reports and dashboards in Grafana, Metabase, and Amplitude.
• Document use cases, user stories, alternative flows, exception paths, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholder communication and feature delivery, including scope, timelines, priorities, and alignment with Team Leads and Product Owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Experience managing the full requirements lifecycle, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, and documenting requirements with use cases and user stories.
• Hands-on experience designing solutions from scratch and understanding basic UI/UX concepts.
• Working knowledge of Grafana for log and metrics analysis, Metabase for reporting and dashboards, and Amplitude for extracting insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data Analytics, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum.
• Relevant business domain knowledge.
