Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; office-based role

What you will do

• Identify and analyze business problems and needs to support product evolution.
• Collaborate daily with development teams to align requirements with technical solutions.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain Confluence documentation, Jira Epics, and Stories.
• Manage and prioritize the Product and Sprint Backlogs, updating requirements when change requests arise.
• Organize and conduct Sprint Demo meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Expertise in backend and frontend requirements.
• Experience specifying requirements for multiple actor types, including administrators and end users.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, wireframes, prototypes, and UI element specifications.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs based on business needs and performing requirements CRUD operations; familiarity with AI tools is expected.
