Business Analyst (Streaming)

Location: Cyprus, with an office in Limassol city center. Relocation to Cyprus is supported, including a 3-year Cyprus work visa and assistance for the employee and family.

What you will do

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders and translate them into epics, features, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases.
• Model flows, state and decision logic, and processes when this improves clarity.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle, including changes, decisions, and assumptions throughout delivery.
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base covering product behavior and business rules.
• Coordinate Product, Design, QA, and Engineering on scope, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Review scenarios and acceptance criteria, validate shipped features, and use AI/LLM tools to improve analysis quality and throughput.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and write clear, testable requirements.
• Ability to understand complex product logic, identify gaps and risks, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong structured writing and documentation skills.
• Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; documentation and discussions are conducted in English.

Hiring process

• HR interview lasting approximately 40 minutes.
• Test task followed by a 1.5-hour technical interview.
• Final interview lasting approximately one hour.
