What you will do

• Track and analyze campaign performance against pipeline and conversion targets.
• Monitor funnel performance (MQL → AEQL → Closed Won) to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion rates.
• Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to identify market trends.
• Support GTM trials and identify key friction points in the user journey.
• Maintain high data quality across CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Foundational experience through internships, coursework, or academic projects.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or payments domains.
