What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to define solution requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and data engineers to design scalable business solutions.
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
• Ensure all solutions align with organizational governance, security, and data management standards.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to manage expectations and support successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically delivering system implementations or process improvements.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce Clouds.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP platforms, ideally Sage Intacct.
• Background in aligning technology across multiple business acquisitions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds.
• Experience within a SaaS or technology-led organization.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for business analysis or process modelling.
