What you will do

• Lead the Product Analytics team in driving product improvements through data and insight.
• Own the experimentation strategy and AB testing process, including analysis and mentoring of other analysts.
• Perform detailed funnel, feature, and cohort analysis to identify UX optimization opportunities.
• Develop reporting and insight views to track OKRs and commercial performance.
• Implement customer segmentation to deepen understanding of diverse user groups.
• Collaborate closely with Product Pods, Engineering, and Design teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product analytics, data science (product), CRO, or digital analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Looker, and Excel.
• Proven track record in AB testing and conversion optimization.
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills to guide analytical best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid)
