Salary: €55,000–€65,000

What you will do
- Analyze sales performance across the full funnel, including lead generation, conversion, activation, and attrition.
- Extract and validate data from warehouses, collaborating with BI teams to ensure data quality and logic.
- Own weekly and monthly sales reporting, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Align metrics, data definitions, and reporting logic across different teams to ensure consistency.
- Support business forecasting, strategic planning, and the development of business cases.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales analytics, ideally in high-transaction industries like payments, banking, or SaaS.
- Excellent MS Excel skills are a must.
- Strong analytical ability to connect raw data with business context and commercial performance.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex analysis in a practical, business-oriented way.
- Must be located in or able to work from one of the designated office locations.
Nice to have
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.
