What you will do

• Support Alliances Leaders with data-led insights into trends and opportunities to execute channel strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks for partners, partner managers, and sales teams.
• Prepare and report key metrics and KPIs to management on a regular basis.
• Oversee partner onboarding, compliance support, and resolution of complex contractual cases.
• Optimize operational processes and data flows, ensuring correct partner attribution within Salesforce.
• Enable Alliances/Partner teams through training sessions, onboarding of new hires, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
• Fluency in English.
