What you will do

• Foster positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure high service standards.
• Direct monthly reporting, annual operating budgets, and capital expenditure planning.
• Oversee construction projects and coordinate all aspects of tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Manage vendor procurement, contract compliance, and invoice approvals.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise property staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Act as the primary Owner Representative to ensure asset objectives are met.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial office, retail, or industrial property management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial terms, leases, contracts, and construction principles.

Nice to have

• CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation.
• Experience with MRI and Kardin software.
