What you will do
- Oversee all facets of the Property Office and ensure compliant Government Property management per FAR mandated life-cycle processes.
- Supervise and coordinate activities for direct reports, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and Program Offices to ensure GFP contractual requirements are clearly documented and executed.
- Execute Property Office self-assessments and conduct property trainings at departmental and organizational levels.
- Facilitate all property audits, interpret outcomes, and institute corrective actions to maintain compliance.
- Manage the reutilization, storage, and disposal of both company-owned and government property.
Requirements
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required (Top Secret preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant government property experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in government property management.
- Working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245-7003, 7005, PIEE, and IUID Registry.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Nice to have
- Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or NPMA certification.
- Additional Information Technology/Information Systems experience.
