TL;DR

What you will do

  • Oversee all facets of the Property Office and ensure compliant Government Property management per FAR mandated life-cycle processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities for direct reports, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and Program Offices to ensure GFP contractual requirements are clearly documented and executed.
  • Execute Property Office self-assessments and conduct property trainings at departmental and organizational levels.
  • Facilitate all property audits, interpret outcomes, and institute corrective actions to maintain compliance.
  • Manage the reutilization, storage, and disposal of both company-owned and government property.

Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required (Top Secret preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant government property experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in government property management.
  • Working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245-7003, 7005, PIEE, and IUID Registry.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Nice to have

  • Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or NPMA certification.
  • Additional Information Technology/Information Systems experience.
