Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Full-time, on-site in Torrance, California

Salary: $25–$40 per hour, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end scheduling for candidate interviews.
• Partner with recruiters to support candidates and coordinate onsite interviews.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview pipeline with clear, frequent communication.
• Coordinate candidate travel and related expenses when needed.
• Improve recruiting processes and the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent qualifications.
• Must work on-site in Torrance, California.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR rules or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export-control license.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
• Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings with complex availability and requirements.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
