Recruiting Coordinator

Location: On-site in Torrance, CA

Compensation: $25 – $40 per hour + equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviews.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth execution of onsite interviews and provide exceptional candidate support.
• Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication.
• Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses.
• Streamline recruiting processes to elevate the experience for external candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of industry experience in a high-paced environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for an export control license).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Torrance, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a start-up environment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience utilizing Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to prioritize candidate experience in an environment with frequent change.
