About the Role

You will manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and time zones, coordinate candidate travel and logistics, and keep candidate records current. You will communicate responsively with candidates, work closely with recruiting stakeholders, identify process improvements, and support projects that strengthen coordination quality and the candidate experience.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role
• Work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
• Work collaboratively and independently
• Use process-oriented working habits
• Maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and time zones
• Coordinate candidate travel and logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Contribute to projects that improve coordination quality and candidate experience
