What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the corporate website to accelerate direct business and revenue growth.
• Drive the strategy for a scalable, brand-compliant CMS block and template library via Optimizely CMS.
• Act as Product Owner for a dedicated engineering pod, managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint cycles.
• Oversee platform architecture, security, and performance metrics including Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with CRO and Discoverability teams to support complex A/B tests, personalization, and technical SEO.
• Implement AI tools within the product management lifecycle to streamline backlog management and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital product management, with 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Proven experience in B2B enterprise tech, Product-Led Growth (PLG), or high-volume direct online sales.
• Strong technical acumen in web architecture, API integrations, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to present roadmaps to C-level executives.
