What you will do

• Partner with engineering, design, and other PMs to ship features from discovery to launch.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and scope opportunities for AI/ML integration, such as predictive failure analytics.
• Write clear product requirements and drive cross-functional execution.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, requirements writing, and data analysis.
• Conduct QA testing before deployment and maintain internal feature documentation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Desire to work in B2B/SaaS (experience with CMMS is a plus).
• Experience in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and Productboard.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights using tools like Pendo.
• Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for daily productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to or shipping AI/ML-powered features, such as anomaly detection or predictive analytics.
