What you will do

• Define and communicate the product strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch and iteration.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to foster innovation and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Represent the customer perspective in strategic decisions and product roadmap planning.
• Monitor product KPIs and industry trends to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be based in the United States with willingness to travel (10–20%).
• Proven background in ERP or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools for prototyping and strategy development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data migration.
• Degree in Business, Agriculture, or Engineering.
