What you will do

• Provide expert technical guidance to HVAC contractors, distributors, and manufacturer reps via phone, email, and on-site.
• Troubleshoot Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and conduct critical software and hardware updates.
• Develop and execute regional service support strategies through the LG Preferred Service Champion Program.
• Conduct technical training sessions in both classroom and jobsite settings.
• Analyze VRF Commercial and Residential & Light Commercial (RLC) system applications and load verification.
• Review extended warranty submissions and coordinate with engineering and controls teams to resolve escalated issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the HVAC field or technical support role.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting LG VRF & RLC systems.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• HVAC Vocational Diploma, Bachelor, or Associates Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
