Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead quality engineering for web, API, mobile, and device domains across multiple project teams.
• Design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions for UI, API, integration, and regression.
• Validate end-to-end data flows from physical devices (body cameras) through cloud services to web portals.
• Implement shift-left practices and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop non-functional testing strategies for performance benchmarks, security, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Mentor junior quality engineers and drive root cause analysis for systemic defects.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in software quality engineering and test automation for web and/or devices.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experience testing APIs, distributed systems, and physical hardware or firmware in production-like environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern SDLC practices.
• Ability to design multi-layer test strategies covering UI, API, and system levels.
• Must be based in or able to work in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Testmo, Postman, and AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3).
• Background in validating data capture and chain-of-custody workflows for regulated data.
• Expertise in accessibility testing (WCAG compliance).
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB.
