What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies and frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to a team of quality automation engineers.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Define and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
• Lead innovation efforts, including the integration of AI into testing processes.
• Monitor and report on test automation metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• 7-10 years of testing experience, including 4-5 years in automation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java programming language.
• Extensive experience with Selenium, Karate, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring automation teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience in AWS cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
