What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies and frameworks.
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to a team of quality automation engineers.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Define and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
- Lead innovation efforts, including the integration of AI into testing processes.
- Monitor and report on test automation metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- 7-10 years of testing experience, including 4-5 years in automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java programming language.
- Extensive experience with Selenium, Karate, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring automation teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience in AWS cloud environments.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
