Salary: $147,000 – $163,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Quality Engineering Platform team.
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for quality engineering, automation, and developer enablement.
• Build and evolve self-service quality engineering platforms for independent software validation.
• Develop scalable automation frameworks supporting unit, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Define hirify.global's strategy for leveraging AI throughout the software testing lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed quality using shift-left and shift-right practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering or quality engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading Quality Engineering, SDET, or Developer Platform teams.
• Strong background in automated testing frameworks for cloud-native applications.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies and modern software architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated medical software (FDA, HIPAA, CAP/CLIA).
• Experience testing AI-enabled products or machine learning systems.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
