What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable enterprise-level test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and C#/.NET.
• Lead the migration of existing automation frameworks and infrastructure onto modern testing platforms.
• Architect and manage ephemeral/containerized test environments integrated within CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Shift-Left testing practices to integrate quality validation early in the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for the global SQA automation team.
• Collaborate with DevOps and architects to implement parallel and distributed test execution capabilities.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in SDET, automation engineering, or quality engineering.
• Expertise in C#/.NET, OOP, and designing scalable automation infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (PW) for web application automation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database integrity and backend data validation.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-assisted testing.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and scalable distributed systems.
