Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czechia (up to 50% home office)

Salary: CZK 424,500 – 580,000 yearly

What you will do

• Assist in the development and implementation of quantitative research methodologies.
• Support senior researchers with questionnaire preparation, editing, and translation.
• Test scripts and monitor fieldwork execution.
• Prepare report templates, perform charting, and write slide summaries and headlines.
• Run small research projects independently with team support.
• Collaborate on client communications and project management.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in quantitative research projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Marketing, or Business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies.
• Fluent Czech and English are a must.
• Strong curiosity in human behavior and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPSS.
• Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience working with FMCG and retail clients.
• Slovakian language proficiency.
